• Your name and email address.
• Basic learner profile segments (for example: skill level or selected learning goals) to make messages relevant.

How often we contact you

We aim to keep communication reasonable and relevant. Marketing frequency may vary by campaign and cohort cycle.

How to withdraw consent

• Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, or
• Submit a request via the Contact Us form and request opt-out.

Withdrawal applies to future marketing communications and does not affect service/transactional communications (for example payment receipts, account/security notices, and support responses).

Third-party services

We may use trusted service providers to send communications and run the platform. We do not sell personal data.
