Marketing Consent Notice
Last updated: 19 May 2026
You can use the platform without giving marketing consent. Marketing consent is optional.
What you agree to when you tick Marketing Consent
- Receive email updates about bootcamp cohorts, pricing updates, and enrollment windows.
- Receive product/service updates for CV revision, interview preparation, and related career tools.
- Receive educational announcements (new modules, webinars, practical resources, and events).
- Receive occasional offers and promotions relevant to data and career development services.
What we use for marketing
- Your name and email address.
- Basic learner profile segments (for example: skill level or selected learning goals) to make messages relevant.
- High-level engagement signals (for example: whether you completed onboarding) to avoid sending irrelevant campaigns.
Marketing channels covered
- Email is the primary marketing channel covered by this consent notice.
- Service and transactional communications (for example account alerts, payment receipts, and support replies) are not marketing messages.
How often we contact you
We aim to keep communication reasonable and relevant. Marketing frequency may vary by campaign and cohort cycle.
Legal basis for marketing
Where required, we rely on your explicit consent for direct marketing. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
How to withdraw consent
- Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, or
- Submit a request via the Contact Us form and request opt-out.
Withdrawal applies to future marketing communications and does not affect service/transactional communications (for example payment receipts, account/security notices, and support responses).
Third-party services
We may use trusted service providers to send communications and run the platform. We do not sell personal data, and service providers may only process data for approved communication and operational purposes.
Consent records
We maintain consent-status records to respect your preferences and comply with legal obligations.
